Western Blot: MHC Class II RT1B Antibody (OX-6) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80849] - Total protein from mouse placenta and spleen was separated on a 12% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST.
